Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth and engage business owners, investors, and strategic buyers.

  • Build, manage, and optimize cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn, continuously improving messaging, targeting, cadence, and conversion performance.

  • Own the day-to-day administration of the CRM and marketing automation platform, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture campaigns, reporting, and data quality.

  • Create high-quality marketing content, including blogs, thought leadership articles, newsletters, landing pages, sales collateral, executive social media content, and campaign copy tailored to a professional B2B audience.

  • Lead SEO initiatives while implementing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI search optimization strategies to maximize online visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.

  • Build and enhance AI-assisted marketing workflows using modern generative AI tools to improve content creation, research, outreach, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Manage organic social media strategy across executive and corporate channels while supporting employer branding and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, monitoring budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment.

  • Track marketing performance through CRM, analytics, SEO, and advertising platforms, producing executive-ready reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with business development, leadership, and external specialists to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives while staying current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services, consulting, M&A advisory, or other professional services environments.

  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.

  • Proven success designing and executing lead generation, outbound prospecting, and pipeline development campaigns.

  • Strong expertise in SEO, with familiarity in AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization best practices.

  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, paid media budgets, and performance marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with experience producing content for technical, financial, or advisory audiences.

  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows, automations, or marketing processes beyond basic conversational use.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing dashboards, campaign reporting, attribution models, and data-driven optimization.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience within M&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or business brokerage.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email deliverability tools.

  • Experience developing sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, and marketing collateral for advisory or technical audiences.

  • Experience building custom AI agents, internal tools, API-driven automations, or advanced AI-powered marketing workflows.
