The Challenge

Jerry.ai is a 5M-customer, $240M-funded AI-powered car management platform hitting $2T TAM with 60X revenue growth in 5 years. You'll own the mandate to discover and scale Jerry's next growth channels-from affiliates to emerging platforms-while pioneering how AI agents transform marketing operations.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit competitive channel landscape and identify 5-7 highest-potential new acquisition channels (paid, partnership, or emerging) with validation thesis

Launch first 2-3 pilot channels with defined success metrics, minimum viable creatives, and tracking infrastructure in place

Design and execute initial AI agent experiments in 2-3 high-friction marketing workflows (targeting, bid optimization, creative testing)

4

Present channel expansion roadmap and 12-month growth strategy to VP of Growth and executive team with clear ROI projections

By 6 Months
1

Scale 2-3 validated pilot channels to profitability with documented unit economics, CAC, LTV, and payback period for each

Deploy AI agents across 4-5 marketing operations-demonstrating measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, or performance vs. manual baseline

Build cross-functional playbook for rapid channel testing, iteration, and scaling with product, creative, and analytics teams

Achieve $X incremental revenue from new channels or improved efficiency gains from AI automation (exact target TBD with exec team)

Channel Launch Velocity

Time from hypothesis to pilot launch to profitability validation; measures your ability to move fast.

AI Agent Impact (Speed/Cost)

Percent improvement in marketing operation speed, cost, or output quality from AI automation vs. baseline.

New Channel Contribution to Total CAC

Percentage of company-wide customer acquisition driven by channels you launched; shows strategic impact.

LTV:CAC Ratio

Lifetime value to customer acquisition cost; validates profitability and sustainability of channels.

  • You're intrigued by AI/ML and want to pioneer how AI agents can unlock new capabilities in marketing (no deep ML required, but intellectual curiosity essential)

  • You have 5-8 years of growth/performance marketing experience with measurable CAC and LTV accountability
