As part of the Europe Division, in a context of business growth and transformation at Guerlain, your role will be to assist the Trade Marketing & Category Management teams in their day-to-day tasks and support the region's subsidiary and export markets by communicating guidelines and responding to their needs.
Job Responsibilities
As such, your main tasks will be :
- Be one of the main contacts for the subsidiary and export markets (regional offices and agent-distributors) for their current and future operational requirements in the 3 categories: fragrances, make-up and skincare.
- Participating in the roll-out and monitoring of launch projects (PR events, trade animations, etc) throughout the zone.
- Recommending, monitoring and challenging forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools (leaflets, media assets, etc.) to specific local needs
- Market analysis, sell-in & sell-out performance (PowerBI & NPD).
- Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Drawing up a competition review: monitoring new products and related 360.
- Creating weekly and monthly newsletters and communicating best practices in the region.
- Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.
