The Challenge

GROW is a high-velocity growth consulting agency hitting 270% YoY growth across 15+ countries. They're scaling their outbound lead generation practice and need a hands-on manager who can architect multi-channel strategies, master tools like Lemlist and Clay, and coach client teams to hit aggressive lead targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Land and launch 3-5 new client outbound campaigns with defined ICPs, intent signals, and scraping strategies

Build repeatable playbook for database generation, sequence writing, and tool setup across different verticals

3

Achieve 35%+ reply rates and 8%+ meeting booked rates on initial client campaigns

4

Document and systematize GROW's outbound methodology in Notion for team scaling

By 6 Months
1

Own full P&L for 8-10 active client campaigns generating 500+ qualified leads monthly

Establish GROW as expert in AI-assisted outbound (Clay, Lovable, Cursor) with case studies

3

Train and certify at least 4 client teams on lead gen best practices and tool usage

Identify and implement 2+ process improvements that reduce campaign setup time by 40%
