The Challenge
Escape is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup ($18M Series A) positioning itself as the global reference for AI-applied offensive security. You'll scale their content and field marketing from the ground up, owning everything from SEO and social to event strategy and cross-market campaigns.
Your Mission
Audit current content assets and establish SEO baseline; develop 90-day content calendar targeting 10+ high-intent keywords
Launch consistent social media cadence (3x/week) across LinkedIn and Twitter, establishing Escape's voice in AI security space
Map and plan Q2 event calendar (conferences, webinars, meetups); execute campaign for first 2 events with pre/during/post content
Implement content performance dashboard tracking organic traffic, lead source attribution, and engagement metrics
Achieve 40% MoM growth in organic traffic through optimized content pillar strategy and backlink acquisition
Build and publish 12+ original long-form pieces (guides, whitepapers, case studies) repurposed into 50+ social/email assets
Execute full-funnel event strategy for 4+ major industry conferences; measure pipeline influence and attendee conversion
Establish content repurposing workflow: podcast → 5+ formats (articles, shorts, newsletters, videos); measure 3x+ reach vs. original

Month-over-month growth in unique visitors to blog and resource center via organic search
