The Challenge

DiDi is scaling its fleet ecosystem across Spanish-speaking LATAM and needs a seasoned operator to build repeatable processes for sourcing, launching, and scaling fleet partners from 0→1. You'll own the entire growth funnel for vehicle supply in Mexico and the region, working across partnerships, operations, and analytics to hit aggressive supply targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current fleet partner landscape in Mexico; identify 3-5 high-potential new partner targets and validate acquisition strategy

2

Document and standardize the 0→1 fleet launch playbook with ops and BD teams; run first pilot launch with new partner

3

Build baseline dashboards tracking fleet cohort health, partner economics, and supply growth velocity by segment

4

Establish cross-functional weekly cadence with internal stakeholders and define fleet growth OKRs for next 12 months

By 6 Months
1

Launch 4-6 new fleet partnerships; achieve 30%+ month-over-month growth in active vehicle supply from new fleet channels

2

Develop and test 2-3 repeatable playbooks for different fleet partner archetypes (corporate fleets, independent operators, leasing companies)

3

Scale team with 2-3 new hires in BD and operations; document training curriculum and role-specific KPIs

4

Deliver profitability analysis per fleet cohort; identify levers to improve unit economics by 15-20% within 6 months

  • You're comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and international partnerships in emerging markets
