Your Mission
Build systematic client intake process: capture wins in real-time, not retroactively; establish 1-2 case study interviews per week
Launch first 3 client success narratives (written + video formats) with measurable engagement benchmarks
Create reusable creative brief template and agency management framework for events + collateral
Master AI-native workflow: establish personal toolkit (Claude, Notion, video tools) and document processes for scale
Own full client story engine: 12+ published case studies, 4+ video narratives, 2+ press placements with trackable pipeline impact
Execute 3+ high-impact field events (panels, workshops, dinners) from concept through sales handoff; measure attendance + pipeline generated
Establish brand voice standards across BOFU channels: tone guide, design brief templates, approval workflow that doesn't bottleneck
Prove AI multiplier thesis: document how AI tools cut content production time by 40%+ and scaled output without headcount growth

Interview Process

Draft a case study outline or brief a designer for a piece of collateral. Shows tone judgment, brevity, and point of view.
Operational deep dive (45 min)
Walk through how you'd plan an event or manage an agency. What systems do you build? How do you handle ambiguity?
Content Marketing Manager sync (30 min)
Alignment on voice, editorial workflow, and how you two divide TOFU/MOFU vs. BOFU ownership.
Final with Head of Growth + potential investor
Strategic fit on brand vision and 2026 roadmap. Expect questions on how you'd position DeepIP's defensibility.
