The Challenge

Retake is a $40M ARR AI photo app with 35M+ downloads scaling globally. You'll own end-to-end growth strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google-blending creative testing with hard data to reach millions monthly.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and optimize 3-5 new paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok with clear ROAS targets (3.0x+)

Build comprehensive growth dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, and creative performance across all channels

Establish creative testing framework: A/B test 10+ ad concepts monthly to identify top-performing hooks

Partner with product and design teams to map user behavior insights into paid campaign messaging

By 6 Months

Scale top-performing campaigns to 2-3x monthly spend while maintaining or improving ROAS

Launch on 2+ emerging platforms (TikTok Shop, Reels, YouTube Shorts) with documented playbooks

Grow global user acquisition by 30%+ through optimized channel mix and creative iteration

Build predictive models identifying which creative elements, audiences, and platforms drive highest LTV cohorts

KPIs You'll Own

Cost Per Install (CPI)

Track paid acquisition cost across all channels; target decreasing CPI through creative and audience optimization.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent; maintain 3.0x+ minimum threshold for scaling.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Calculate user revenue over lifetime; optimize for LTV:CAC ratio above 3:1.

Creative Performance Score

Internal metric tracking CTR, engagement rate, and conversion rate by ad creative; identify winners for scaling.
