The Challenge
Brevo is a unicorn CRM powering 500K+ businesses across 180 countries with 200M+ ARR. You'll own multi-channel campaigns and outreach orchestration that directly feed the revenue engine, working at the intersection of marketing, data, and sales.
Your Mission
Design and launch 3-4 LinkedIn-focused campaign sequences targeting Pro segment, measuring engagement and conversion rates weekly
Map current outbound email funnel, identify 2-3 bottlenecks, and A/B test messaging improvements with Sales feedback
Partner with GTM Engineer to audit and optimize existing outreach systems, documenting process gaps and quick wins
Establish weekly feedback loop with Sales team to refine audience segmentation and targeting logic based on lead quality data
Build and scale 2 new acquisition channels beyond current LinkedIn efforts, with defined CAC and pipeline impact metrics
Deliver 15+ successful campaign iterations with documented learnings on copy, timing, and audience targeting
Develop AI-powered copywriting and audience filtering playbook that reduces campaign setup time by 30%+
Present growth strategy recommendations backed by 6 months of campaign data, testing insights, and cross-team feedback

Blended acquisition cost across channels, tracked against monthly targets and segment-specific benchmarks
