As Head of Field Marketing, you will act as a business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving pipeline growth and integrated marketing programmes across France and globally. You will translate market dynamics and business objectives into field strategies that create measurable revenue impact.
Your impact at Brevo:
Define and own the regional field marketing strategy for France, aligning with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email and events
Drive the operational coordination of integrated marketing campaigns globally, acting as the connective tissue between Field, Customer Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing and Marketing Foundations to ensure alignment and execution.
Lead and develop a team of field marketers, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across regions
Translate business objectives into integrated marketing programmes, combining events, digital, ABM and content, with clear pipeline and revenue impact targets
Own the regional marketing budget, track ROI and report on pipeline contribution to senior leadership
Drive ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales, targeting key accounts and strategic verticals
Build brand awareness through speaking opportunities, sponsored events, local partnerships and client advocacy
Act as a true business partner to Sales leadership, co-owning pipeline targets, building joint go-to-market plans, and holding yourself accountable to revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity
Who you are:
8+ years of experience in integrated marketing management or cross-functional campaign coordination in a global environment
Business-minded marketer who thinks in revenue outcomes first, marketing activities second - comfortable owning pipeline numbers alongside Sales
Proven track record operating in complex, matrixed organizations: able to influence without authority and drive alignment across Sales, Product and central Marketing teams
Strong experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
Deep expertise in both online (paid media, email, webinars, social) and offline (events, community) marketing channels
Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
Knowledge of the MarTech industry is a strong plus
Fluent in English; French and/or other European languages are a plus
