The Challenge
Bitget Wallet is scaling aggressively across Europe with 80M+ users and a $300M protection fund backing them. You'll own France's growth from the ground up-building local teams, driving DAU and transaction volumes, and turning a massive global product into a regional powerhouse.
Your Mission
Recruit and onboard local partner network (affiliates, KOLs, community moderators) and establish baseline performance benchmarks
Launch 2-3 localized campaigns adapting global playbooks to French market behavior; track early download and DAU lift
Map competitive landscape and identify top 5-10 communities, influencers, and Web3 projects for partnership outreach
Set up reporting dashboard tracking key on-chain metrics (DAU, trading volume, referral funnel conversion) with weekly cadence to leadership
Hit France-specific user growth target (target DAU growth 40-60% from baseline) via affiliate programs and community activations
Execute 4-6 high-impact local events/AMAs/Twitter Spaces with measurable attendance and conversion metrics
Scale referral and rebate funnel; achieve 2-3x increase in transaction volume through incentive optimization
Build repeatable playbook for managing distributed local teams; reduce execution friction and improve campaign time-to-market by 30%
