The Challenge
A globally recognized AdTech leader is scaling fast and needs someone to own their sales enablement content and content library. You'll be the connective tissue between their sales team and marketing strategy—storytelling that moves products.
Your Mission
Audit and organize the existing content library; establish a clean, intuitive taxonomy and baseline metrics for library usage
Create 3-5 high-impact sales enablement assets (presentations, leave-behinds, email templates) that the sales team actively uses
Establish a weekly reporting cadence and comms hub; become the single source of truth for team project status
Gather feedback from cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing) to inform a 6-month content roadmap
Build a content feedback loop: track which enablement assets drive engagement, win rates, or positive feedback from sales
Scale content production: develop 12+ polished B2B/AdTech marketing assets aligned to different buyer personas and deal stages
Optimize the content library: implement version control, access analytics, and refresh cadence to keep materials current
Support team expansion: document processes and create onboarding templates so the team can scale without losing quality
KPIs You'll Own
Content Library Utilization Rate
Track how often sales teams access and download enablement assets; aim for 60%+ of team using library monthly.
Sales Enablement Asset Quality Score
Gather qualitative feedback from sales and cross-functional teams on clarity, relevance, and persuasiveness of materials.
Content Production Velocity
Number of new, polished marketing assets created per month; establish baseline and improve efficiency over time.
Weekly Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness
Ensure 100% on-time, complete project status updates and maintain centralized comms hub as the go-to resource.
