Your Mission
Analyze current demand gen funnel (120+ MQLs/month baseline) and identify bottleneck opportunities in pipeline conversion
Audit and optimize AI-powered outbound campaigns and press flywheel processes for efficiency and cost-per-lead reduction
Build 90-day roadmap for scaling across 5,000 credit unions and 200+ utilities with clear channel attribution
Establish team KPI dashboard tracking MQL velocity, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution by channel
Scale MQL volume 40%+ while maintaining or reducing cost-per-lead through campaign optimization and channel expansion
Launch 2-3 new demand generation initiatives (content, partnerships, events) that generate measurable pipeline
Develop and implement AI-GTME (Go-To-Market Engineer) playbook that replaces traditional BDR function with proprietary data products
Achieve 15%+ pipeline-to-revenue influence and become the source of truth for demand gen metrics across leadership
