Accountabilities
Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aimed at increasing qualified leads, pipeline growth, and overall revenue impact.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels.
Manage email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing automation sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance lead quality, improve handover processes, and drive revenue alignment.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Lead webinars, content, and event marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and demand generation goals.
Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths through testing, experimentation, and data-driven improvements.
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.
Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ongoing experimentation to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
Proven success in generating qualified leads and driving measurable pipeline growth in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of paid media, email marketing, conversion optimization, and funnel performance strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and attribution tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in SaaS, tech, startups, or digital agencies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and outbound marketing strategies is a strong plus.
