Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and scalability of CRM operations, from data integrity to advanced automation strategies.

  • Manage lead databases and ensure proper segmentation, hygiene, and progression through the sales funnel until MQL conversion.

  • Design, configure, and optimize CRM journeys, automations, and triggers for lead nurturing and conversion across multiple stages.

  • Build and execute campaigns focused on conversion, including trial activation, retrial, and re-engagement strategies.

  • Analyze CRM KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion rates.

  • Configure and integrate tools such as RD Station, Pipedrive, Intercom, and Power BI within the CRM ecosystem.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous experimentation to improve messaging, segmentation, and campaign performance.

  • Collaborate closely with SDR and marketing teams to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.

Requirements The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, and experienced in managing CRM ecosystems with a data-driven mindset.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools such as RD Station, Pipedrive, Intercom, and similar platforms.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.

  • Advanced knowledge of automation, integrations, and CRM architecture.

  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing, analytics, or productivity workflows.

  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and 360º marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
