Accountabilities:
Plan, structure, and implement complex CRM and marketing automation journeys based on behavioral data, customer lifecycle, and advanced segmentation strategies.
Develop communication flows focused on onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, retention, re-engagement, churn reduction, and loyalty initiatives.
Ensure consistency, personalization, and adherence to CRM best practices across customer communications.
Act as a strategic and technical reference for Marketing Automation initiatives within the team.
Continuously analyze and optimize the customer lifecycle to identify valuable engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Martech, and Data teams to define KPIs, goals, and process improvements.
Build and maintain automations, triggers, segmentations, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous optimization initiatives.
Generate reports and insights related to CAC, churn, LTV, cohort analysis, RFV, conversion metrics, engagement, and funnel performance.
Support testing strategies such as A/B experiments to improve campaign and journey effectiveness.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and contribute to data governance, LGPD compliance, and communication best practices.
Document technical processes, workflows, standards, and automation structures.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, especially Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing databases.
Experience with API integrations and customer data management.
Proven background in CRM automation and marketing automation strategies.
Understanding of customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, omnichannel communication, cross-sell, and upsell concepts.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience monitoring campaign performance and optimizing automations through data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing workflows, segmentation, and automation governance.
Familiarity with privacy regulations, consent management, and data quality best practices.
