Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that connect storytelling, audience insights, and business objectives. Your work will shape how major launches are positioned, executed, and optimized across channels.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy, positioning, and creative briefing through execution, launch, and performance analysis
Develop go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels
Write clear, compelling campaign narratives, positioning frameworks, and creative briefs that guide cross-functional teams
Partner with Creative, Content, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Talent teams to ensure cohesive execution
Collaborate directly with instructors, creators, and external partners to align on campaign vision and co-marketing opportunities
Use audience insights, performance data, and experimentation to refine campaign strategy and improve outcomes
Support on-set and production moments to ensure real-time marketing alignment and creative execution
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer and strong storyteller with deep experience leading complex, cross-functional campaigns in fast-moving consumer, entertainment, or content-driven environments. You are equally comfortable shaping high-level strategy and executing detailed campaign work.
7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, or entertainment marketing
Proven track record of leading end-to-end campaigns with measurable impact across multiple channels
Strong storytelling and strategic writing skills, including briefs, positioning frameworks, and campaign narratives
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
Experience working with talent, creators, instructors, or external partners in campaign or production settings
Strong understanding of audience behavior, cultural trends, and content-driven marketing strategies
Comfortable working in environments that leverage experimentation, data insights, and emerging AI tools
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
