The Challenge
Goldman Sachs is betting big on alternatives education-private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit. You'll be the lead writer turning complex investment concepts into compelling narratives for financial advisors and their clients globally.
Your Mission
Ship 5-8 core educational content pieces (guides, explainers, video scripts) covering PE, real estate, infrastructure, credit fundamentals
Establish content workflows with investment teams and compliance-nail the review/approval cadence
Launch initial advisor training materials on GSIU platform targeting top 50 advisor segments
Map competitive alternatives education landscape and identify GS differentiation angles
Publish 20+ educational assets across formats (web, guides, presentations, digital modules) with >50K advisor impressions
Develop thematic content calendar tied to market trends (private credit positioning, diversification narratives)
Support 3+ major advisor education initiatives (conferences, webinars, training programs) with custom content
Establish GS as alternatives education leader-track advisor engagement metrics and refine narrative based on performance data

Number of completed assets (guides, explainers, videos, modules) shipped monthly across all channels.
Advisor Engagement Rate
Click-through, time-on-page, and completion rates for educational materials on GSIU and other platforms.
Compliance Review Cycle Time
Average days from submission to approval-target <5 business days for standard pieces.
Training Program Adoption
Number of advisors completing GS alternatives education modules and attending webinars/conferences.
