Job Description 130-145k / Once a Month Onsite – NYC / Must Have HubSpot
Position Summary
We are seeking a data‑driven and creative Performance Marketing & Content Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, brand storytelling, and revenue‑focused marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of paid performance marketing, content strategy, and brand growth, with HubSpot as a core system of record. You will own paid acquisition channels while also shaping compelling content and lifecycle programs within HubSpot that support the full funnel—from awareness and engagement to conversion, attribution, and retention. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative instincts, is highly proficient in HubSpot, and thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
Own and optimize paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and retargeting Manage campaign strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Continuously test and optimize audiences, creative, landing pages, and messaging to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates Partner with internal teams to align paid campaigns with sales initiatives and revenue goals Manage paid campaign tracking, attribution, and lead flow within HubSpot, ensuring clean data and accurate reporting
Content Marketing & Brand Storytelling
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports performance marketing, brand positioning, and sales enablement Oversee creation of content such as case studies, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, sales collateral, and social content Build and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, CTAs, and email campaigns to support demand generation and nurturing Ensure content is optimized for SEO, conversion, and paid distribution Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track and report on campaign and content performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms Own HubSpot dashboards and reporting, connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and lifecycle stages Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with sales, creative, operations, and external vendors to execute integrated campaigns Partner with sales leadership to align HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle definitions Manage agency or freelance partners as needed Contribute to go‑to‑market planning, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation Strong, hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, reporting, attribution, and lifecycle management Proven success managing paid media budgets and scaling campaigns Strong understanding of content marketing strategy and conversion‑focused storytelling Experience working in B2B, e‑commerce, or brand‑led organizations Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or adjacent industries HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Reporting, or Automation) Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM integrations SEO and lifecycle marketing experience Comfort working in high‑growth, entrepreneurial environments
