The Challenge
Mobilize Financial Services (Renault Group's fintech arm) is scaling digital experiences across 3 major websites and multiple automotive brand campaigns. You'll own web analytics implementation and content optimization to drive customer engagement and loyalty in the competitive auto financing space.
Your Mission
Define and implement KPI tracking framework across 3 brand websites with full regulatory compliance
Audit and optimize email campaign performance; establish baseline metrics and A/B testing protocols
Produce first month-on-month analytics dashboard tracking user engagement, conversion funnels, and content performance
Audit content across brand sites; identify 5+ optimization opportunities for higher CTR and customer retention
Lead full tagging strategy implementation (GA4, event tracking); train team on data collection best practices
Increase email campaign engagement by 15%+ through content and send-time optimization
Build automated reporting suite; reduce reporting time by 40% with dashboards for weekly stakeholder reviews
Execute 3 content optimization sprints based on analytics insights; document performance improvements
