The Challenge

MEDIAPOSTE is a national network powerhouse helping brands reach audiences through intelligent omnichannel campaigns (email, SEA, print, SMS, geo-targeting). You'll own the IP/Print product line, blending digital and offline solutions—and you need serious numbers chops to make it work.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing IP/Print product portfolio; identify 2-3 quick wins to improve margins or win rates

Map competitive landscape and emerging growth levers (new verticals, bundled solutions) through market research

Build alignment with sales team on go-to-market for current offerings; collect 10+ customer feedback sessions

4

Establish monthly dashboards tracking product adoption, margin contribution, and pipeline velocity by segment

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2 new bundled omnichannel offers combining print + digital (email, SMS, SEA) with validated business case

Deliver 15%+ lift in average deal size for IP/Print through tiered pricing and upsell playbook

Implement POC framework for top 5 prospective customers; convert 2+ into pilots

4

Own cost-to-serve analysis and repricing strategy; secure board sign-off on margin targets
