The Challenge
Les Grappes is scaling its digital presence in the wine e-commerce space. You'll own SEO strategy, optimize their Shopify storefronts, and launch automated campaigns that drive real revenue—with the chance to convert this internship into a full hire based on impact.
Your Mission
Publish 8-12 SEO-optimized blog posts (guides, vigneron profiles) targeting priority keywords with internal linking strategy
Audit and optimize 50+ product pages on Shopify for conversion (meta descriptions, UX improvements, category structure)
Design and launch 3 automated email sequences (onboarding, post-purchase, re-engagement) in Brevo/Klaviyo
Establish editorial calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram with weekly cadence; hit 100+ engaged posts
Drive organic traffic to +40% YoY; achieve top 3 rankings for 20+ priority keywords
Improve e-commerce conversion rate by 15-20% through UX optimizations and product page overhauls
Build and optimize 6+ marketing automation workflows; achieve 25%+ email open rates on campaigns
Deliver quarterly performance analysis: SEO ROI, e-commerce KPIs, CRM metrics; present findings to leadership

Percentage of Shopify visitors who complete a purchase; target 15-20% improvement through optimization.

Open rate, click-through rate, and unsubscribe rate across automated sequences; benchmark 25%+ opens.
Content Output & Engagement
Number of published posts, average engagement rate on social, and internal link health score.

Is This Role For You?
- You're in 4th-5th year of commerce, marketing, or digital marketing program and want real-world e-commerce experience
- You have strong writing skills (French fluency essential) and can optimize content for SEO and audience
- You're comfortable with data, analytics, and can connect KPIs to business decisions
- You're genuinely curious about wine or luxury e-commerce and want to build expertise in that vertical
- You need remote flexibility or can't commit to on-site, Paris presence full-time
- You lack writing skills or are uncomfortable with French language communication
- You're looking for hands-off work; this role is high-ownership and requires proactivity across multiple channels
