The Challenge
Intermarché & Netto's 160K-person operation needs sharp CRM execution. You'll own targeted email and push campaigns for France's largest retail network, measuring real performance impact across millions of customers.
Your Mission
Launch 3-4 segmented email/push campaigns with >25% open rates and document performance analysis
Build competitive intelligence report on 5+ retail newsletters and market trends
Map customer personas and create 2 communication action plans for key segments
Master internal CRM tools and processes; own end-to-end campaign workflow
Execute 8-10 campaigns independently with documented A/B testing and optimization cycles
Present quarterly CRM performance dashboard to marketing leadership with >15% campaign improvement
Develop reusable campaign templates and best practices playbook for team
Transition to potential CDI offer or extended contract based on performance metrics

Target 25%+ opens on segmented campaigns; benchmark against retail industry standard of 20%
Click-Through Rate
Measure engagement on promotional emails and product pushes; optimize for 3%+ CTR
Campaign Conversion Rate
Track purchases or store visits driven by CRM campaigns; report weekly to team

Build customer segments for targeted campaigns; maintain data quality and segment accuracy
