The Challenge
EPSILON France (Publicis Group's data marketing powerhouse) is scaling their Activation Marketing department and needs a sharp operator to own mission delivery across 100+ active client platforms. You'll sit between strategy and execution, managing the operational heartbeat of how Fortune 500 brands activate their data-driven campaigns.
Your Mission
Master the staffing & resource allocation cycle for 5-8 active client missions in regulated advertising roles
Own administrative workflows and client communication on 2-3 flagship accounts, reducing response time by 25%
Build a reusable proposal/pitch template for new business opportunities in the managed services vertical
Document and optimize one key operational process (either onboarding, budget tracking, or team allocation)
Independently manage operational delivery for 4-6 mid-sized client accounts (budget, timelines, stakeholder alignment)
Develop a business intelligence dashboard tracking mission KPIs (utilization, margin, client satisfaction) used by leadership
Contribute to 3-5 new business pitches with market insights and competitive positioning
Create a junior staff onboarding playbook that becomes standard across the department
