Diggers Factory powers physical music distribution for artists like James Blake, Joji, and Kaytranada. You'll own their social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit—driving engagement, fan conversion, and campaign performance for high-profile releases.
Your Mission
Audit current social channels and develop a unified content calendar across 5+ platforms
Launch 3 artist campaign activations with documented engagement and conversion metrics
Build content creation workflow (Adobe/Canva/CapCut) and establish publishing rhythm
Segment CRM database and execute first 2 email campaigns tied to product launches
Increase Instagram/TikTok engagement rate by 30%+ through audience-specific content strategy
Establish UGC and influencer partnership pipeline with 5+ active collaborations
Publish 12+ SEO-optimized blog articles and track organic traffic growth
Own paid campaign strategy (Meta/TikTok/Google) with 15%+ ROI baseline

Is This Role For You?
- You're obsessed with music culture and have real expertise in music community dynamics
- You can create scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- You speak fluent English (B2+ minimum) and navigate international artist/manager relationships
- You're data-driven: you measure everything and optimize based on KPIs, not hunches
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You're not comfortable with Adobe Suite or basic video/motion design skills
- You lack genuine interest in music, artists, and fan communities
