The Challenge
CertiDeal is scaling refurbished smartphone sales across Europe with a young, fast-moving team. You'll own the German market as Country Manager—running paid campaigns, SEO, influencer marketing, and customer operations from day one.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3+ promotional campaigns on German site, tracking conversion rate and ROAS vs. baseline
Audit and map German SEO strategy gaps; identify 20+ high-intent keywords and build content roadmap
Set up influencer marketing pipeline with 5-10 relevant micro-influencers in sustainable tech/lifestyle space
Document and systemize German customer service processes; reduce response time by 20%
Grow German organic traffic by 50% YoY; establish SEO dashboard tracking rankings, CTR, and conversion funnel
Execute 8+ integrated email campaigns tied to product launches and seasonality; target 3.5%+ open rate
Scale influencer program to 15+ active partners; measure engagement rate and attributed revenue
Lead German market expansion roadmap; define customer acquisition cost target and profitability timeline
