The Challenge

AMBER M is looking for a Community Manager to build and scale their social presence across platforms. You'll own their digital strategy, content calendar, and community engagement—reporting directly into their marketing function.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current social accounts and establish baseline metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach) across all platforms

Deploy and optimize content calendar for 3+ platforms using Hootsuite with consistent posting schedule

3

Create and launch 2-3 paid campaigns on Facebook Ads with defined ROAS targets

4

Build influencer/partnership pipeline with 15+ potential collaborators in your vertical

By 6 Months
1

Grow engaged follower base by 40%+ with documented engagement rate improvements (comments, shares, saves)

Establish SEO optimization process; improve organic traffic from social by 25%+ using Google Analytics tracking

3

Design and execute 2-3 visual content campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite with internal brand guidelines

4

Develop influencer partnerships with 3+ active collaborations driving measurable traffic/conversions

Comments, likes, shares as % of followers—target 3-5% baseline improvement in 6 months

Follower Growth Rate

Monthly net new followers across platforms; you own the growth trajectory

Paid Campaign ROAS

Return on ad spend for Facebook campaigns; benchmark industry standard is 2-4x

Organic Social Traffic

Sessions driven to website from social channels tracked via UTM parameters and Google Analytics

Content Performance Score

Proprietary metric combining reach, engagement, and conversion impact of published content
