Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish baseline community health metrics across 3-5 key brand accounts; identify top-performing content pillars and audience sentiment drivers

Build and execute a content calendar for Q1 that increases engagement rate by 25% month-over-month on assigned accounts

Train on VML's social listening stack (Sprinklr/Sprout Social) and develop weekly insights reports that inform strategy adjustments

4

Launch one trending-moment-driven campaign that achieves 10K+ impressions and demonstrates real-time opportunity capture

By 6 Months
1

Grow community size by 40% across managed accounts while maintaining or improving engagement rates and sentiment scores

2

Reduce response time to community inquiries to under 2 hours; achieve 90%+ positive sentiment in moderation reports

Partner with creative teams to launch 2 user-generated content campaigns that drive 50K+ impressions and community co-creation

4

Present quarterly community performance deck to clients showing ROI impact; identify and pitch 2 new growth opportunities per quarter

Content Performance

Identify top 3 content types by impressions and clicks; optimize calendar mix based on data.

Trend Capture Rate

Number of real-time opportunities identified and activated weekly; measure impact on spike traffic.
