The Challenge

TikTok's branding ad business in LATAM is scaling fast, and you'll directly influence how we market these solutions to agencies and brands. You'll own data insights that shape regional product strategy while learning product marketing from the ground up.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build weekly/monthly product performance dashboards connecting TikTok branding ad metrics to regional priorities

Conduct initial research on 2-3 key business process bottlenecks in LATAM ad adoption and present findings

Support go-to-market strategy development by analyzing competitor positioning and regional customer needs

4

Create your first presentation synthesizing regional data insights for cross-functional stakeholder review

By 6 Months
1

Develop instrumentation framework to systematically track process inefficiencies across sales, product, and partnerships teams

Lead 2-3 impact-sizing exercises identifying high-potential 'problems-to-solve' and quantifying revenue/adoption opportunities

Deliver regional market analysis informing product roadmap prioritization for H2 2026

4

Build working relationships across 4+ cross-functional teams and demonstrate ability to influence without authority
