The Challenge

Sokin is a fast-growing B2B fintech simplifying global payments for businesses worldwide. You'll own the complete go-to-market strategy for their payment acceptance products-Checkout and Payment Links-competing directly against Stripe, Adyen, and PayPal in a crowded market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Develop and lock positioning/messaging frameworks for Checkout and Payment Links targeting DTC brands, platforms, and marketplaces

Conduct competitive deep-dive on Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Square positioning and build actionable differentiation playbook

3

Create launch sales collateral (pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators) and train Sales/BDE teams on payment acceptance buyer journey

4

Define launch KPIs (adoption rates, activation metrics, pipeline contribution) and establish baseline metrics tracking

By 6 Months
1

Execute full GTM launch for at least one product (Checkout or Payment Links) including press/analyst briefings and customer campaigns

2

Build buyer personas and ICPs for all target segments with documented merchant buying journey maps

3

Generate 3-5 high-performing case studies demonstrating ROI for ecommerce and marketplace customers

4

Establish content calendar and produce thought leadership content on embedded finance, open banking, and payment acceptance trends

Percentage of target merchant segments activating Checkout or Payment Links post-launch

Pipeline Contribution

Revenue pipeline directly influenced by product marketing campaigns and enablement materials

Sales Enablement Utilization

Percentage of Sales team actively using collateral and win rates on enabled deals vs. non-enabled

Competitive Win Rate

Deals won against Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com broken down by messaging leverage

Content Engagement

Views, clicks, and conversion rates on case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces
