About the Role:
Revenue Operations plays a critical role in ensuring financial success by improving the platforms, operations, and systems supporting our go-to-market teams. This team partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable and efficient processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is essential to achieving our company’s revenue and operational goals.
As the Product Manager II, GTM Systems, you will focus on managing the Sales Platform as a product. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand internal customer needs, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions. Using your deep understanding of business processes, enterprise tools, automation, and integrated systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Gong, LeanData, Outreach ect), you will create and maintain a roadmap of enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes. Collaborating with business analysts, tool administrators, and engineers, you will ensure platform changes meet business objectives while adhering to compliance requirements.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of internal customers to drive operational efficiency and improved business outcomes
Own and prioritize the roadmap for the Sales & CS Platform team, ensuring it delivers value and aligns with compliance
Develop detailed functional specifications for tool, code/low code, workflow, and data changes to the Sales & CS Platform team
Write and maintain clear, concise, and detailed product requirement documentation (PRD) to guide development and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency
Track and analyze KPIs, engagement, and usage metrics to measure the platform's impact and guide decision-making
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to meet Sales & CS needs
Stay current with finance technologies, digital trends, and best practices to enhance the platform's capabilities
Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in preferably in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business process improvement, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a product manager
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools
Strong experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
Experience applying product management methodology and deliverables, including leading customer conversations, establishing customer-centric requirements, and writing functional design specification documents to satisfy the requirements
Proficiency in data integration and management, with a solid understanding of database structures, APIs, and data governance principles
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation
Annual base salary: $130,000 - $170,000
Target annual bonus percentage: 10%

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
