The Challenge

Loop powers returns and shipping for 4,000+ Shopify brands like Bombas and Reebok. You'll own go-to-market strategy for a rapidly expanding product suite, translating complex logistics into messaging that drives merchant adoption and competitive advantage.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Launch positioning and messaging framework for one major product initiative; validate with 5+ key merchant segments

Create GTM-ready enablement assets (demo flows, comparison decks, sales playbooks) for go-to-market teams

Map competitive landscape and identify 3-5 defensible positioning angles vs. direct competitors

Establish cross-functional launch cadence with product, marketing, and sales; ship first coordinated campaign

By 6 Months

Execute 2-3 full product launches from positioning through merchant adoption measurement; track adoption lift metrics

Build repeatable launch playbook that reduces GTM time-to-market by 30%+

Develop merchant segmentation model and craft targeted messaging variants for at least 3 customer personas

Establish quarterly competitive intelligence briefing cadence for leadership and product team
