The Challenge
Listen Labs is a Sequoia-backed AI research platform growing from $0 to $12M ARR in under a year with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G. You'll be their first Product Marketing Lead, building the PMM function from scratch while scaling positioning and GTM strategy to hit $100M+ ARR.
Your Mission
Audit current positioning, messaging, and value props across segments; deliver refined positioning framework and messaging hierarchy
Build launch playbook and enablement process; document for first two product launches
Create core sales assets: pitch decks, battle cards, demo narratives, objection handlers for all major buyer personas
Map competitive landscape and conduct 3-5 win/loss interviews to inform GTM refinement
Execute 4+ coordinated product launches with documented results (adoption, velocity, win rate lift)
Establish quarterly market intelligence cadence with win/loss analysis, competitive tracking, and customer insight summaries
Build and scale sales enablement program; measure impact on deal velocity and expansion rates
Define and track PMM metrics dashboard: positioning resonance (win rate by segment), launch velocity, sales adoption rates, customer perception shifts

% of sales team actively using battle cards, talk tracks, and demo narratives in customer conversations.
Deal Expansion Rate
Measure how positioning and CS enablement materials drive account expansion post-close.
Competitive Win %
Track wins where Listen was chosen over named competitors; identify messaging gaps.

- You need deep product/design chops but lack customer-facing GTM experience; this is PMM, not product strategy
- You prefer stability, mature processes, and clear role boundaries over chaos and high ownership
