Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for enterprise and institutional client segments aligned with broader go-to-market and business objectives
Build deep expertise in target customer segments, including buyer personas, decision-making structures, customer journeys, and competitive dynamics
Define product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates differentiated value propositions for sophisticated financial and institutional audiences
Partner closely with Sales, Relationship Management, and Product teams to align on priorities, enablement needs, and growth opportunities
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and segment-specific initiatives
Create impactful content including thought leadership, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing educational resources
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and industry shifts to inform strategy and strengthen differentiation
Develop scalable marketing programs and co-branded materials to support adoption, engagement, and expansion within key accounts
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, wealth, or investment management
Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products and enterprise buyers
Strong storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
Experience working across full product marketing lifecycle, from research and segmentation to launch execution and adoption
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Strong collaboration skills with a track record of influencing Product, Sales, and GTM stakeholders
Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently while anticipating challenges
Bonus: experience in investment management, data platforms, or financial services ecosystems

Competitive base salary: $159,000-$199,000 depending on experience and location
