Accountabilities:
Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and workflows to improve GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
Automate marketing campaign workflows, lead capture processes, content distribution, and re-engagement strategies.
Enable knowledge discovery and create searchable, intelligent internal systems for Sales and Customer Success teams.
Orchestrate account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns with dynamic personalization and closed-loop performance tracking.
Enhance revenue forecasting and reporting using AI-driven analytics, predictive models, and automated dashboards.
Develop interactive tools, calculators, educational content, and AI-generated sales decks tailored to buyer roles, industries, and deal stages.
Streamline recurring operational tasks such as QBR decks, competitive briefs, and account health reporting.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in GTM operations, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, consulting, or high-growth SaaS environments.
Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution in a distributed, remote-first environment.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for workflow automation, content generation, data analysis, or operational improvement.
Strong prompt engineering, iteration, and analytical skills to translate business challenges into measurable AI solutions.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL/data querying; experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo is a plus.
Experience supporting technical buyers, including Engineering, Security, or Legal teams, and working with technical workflows or compliance tooling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
