Accountabilities:
Own the full marketing strategy, including narrative development, positioning, distribution, and growth experimentation.
Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy from zero to scale in a highly competitive, early-stage environment.
Build and scale acquisition channels to drive sustainable user growth and engagement across the funnel.
Design and execute product launch strategies and ongoing growth campaigns.
Lead founder-led content initiatives across platforms such as social media, blogs, podcasts, and newsletters.
Own lifecycle marketing programs focused on activation, retention, and user engagement.
Run continuous growth experiments across channels to identify scalable acquisition loops.
Build and leverage AI-driven workflows, automations, and agents to maximize marketing efficiency and output.
Create and ship high-quality content at speed, iterating based on performance insights.
Solve ambiguous growth challenges in a zero-to-one environment without predefined frameworks.
Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to align marketing with product evolution.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or similar roles.
Proven experience working in early-stage startups and driving growth from zero to meaningful user adoption.
Demonstrated ability to take a product or company from 0 to 1 and build marketing foundations.
Strong public presence through content creation (e.g., Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, Substack, or similar).
Deep understanding of modern GTM strategies without reliance on large budgets or established brand equity.
Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills with a bias for speed and iteration.
AI-native mindset with experience using automation, agents, or AI tools to scale marketing or growth workflows.
Ability to independently own growth outcomes and operate with high autonomy.
Strong analytical thinking combined with creative execution skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving priorities.
