Role Overview

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the customer acquisition funnel for the GridBank Marketplace. The role owns the end-to-end infrastructure that brings performance marketers into our platform, from first ad impression through activated subscription. This is a hands-on, build-focused position for a candidate who combines deep performance marketing expertise with the technical fluency to independently ship landing pages, automations, and experiments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout experiences for the Marketplace
  • Develop and launch lead magnets, content offers, and promotional campaigns targeted at performance marketers
  • Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta, including creative briefing, testing cadence, and performance analysis
  • Build and maintain the measurement and attribution stack across paid and owned channels
  • Manage the promotional calendar, including product drops, bundles, and time-limited offers
  • Build integrations and automations across the marketing technology stack
  • Partner with the Head of Growth and Chief Revenue Officer on experimentation strategy and execution


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations, preferably at a direct response agency or scaling consumer brand
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including creative testing, audience strategy, and campaign structure
  • Proven track record of shipping landing pages and funnels using tools such as Webflow, Framer, or Unbounce
  • Working knowledge of marketing infrastructure, including tracking pixels, Conversions API, email platforms such as Klaviyo, and analytics tools such as GA4 or Segment
  • Strong instincts for creative strategy, including hook development and ad-to-landing-page alignment
  • Proficient marketing copywriting across ads, landing pages, and email
  • Ability to work independently and ship in short iteration cycles



Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at an agency managing 50 or more ad creatives per week
  • Familiarity with creative analytics platforms in the performance marketing ecosystem
  • Track record of contributing to revenue-critical campaigns at a DTC or subscription brand
