The Challenge

PedidosYa (part of Delivery Hero) is scaling partner acquisition across 15 LATAM countries. You'll own the regional budget and campaign optimization to hit aggressive new business targets, turning data into ruthless acquisition decisions.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current partner acquisition funnel in Salesforce, identify bottlenecks, and establish baseline KPIs for CAC and conversion by channel

2

Audit and optimize existing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) across 3+ pilot markets with A/B testing framework

3

Build automated dashboards (Data Studio/Looker) showing daily spend vs. acquisition goals for stakeholder visibility

4

Launch 2 new traffic sources (partnerships, programmatic, organic channels) with measurable tracking

By 6 Months

Reduce partner CAC by 20-30% through channel optimization and audience refinement while maintaining quality standards

Scale winning campaigns across all 15 LATAM markets with localized creative and messaging

Establish predictive models linking ad spend to partner lifetime value and revenue contribution

Own quarterly strategic reviews with regional leadership, recommending budget reallocation based on performance data

Partner revenue generated per dollar spent on digital campaigns, calculated by channel and market.

Budget efficiency

Regional spend vs. plan variance and actual partners acquired vs. target.

Sales cycle length

Days from first touch to signed partner, tracked by segment and campaign source.

  • You're fluent in SQL or advanced Excel and can build dashboards without waiting for engineering

  • You speak fluent English and are comfortable leading cross-regional stakeholder conversations
  • You're data-obsessed: you ask 'why' before launching, test rigorously, and kill underperforming channels fast
