The Challenge
Monks is a global, data-driven marketing agency redefining how brands scale through AI-powered orchestration. You'll advise enterprise clients on paid social strategy while managing their full campaign lifecycle across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
Your Mission
Own 3-4 client accounts end-to-end, delivering optimized campaign performance and establishing yourself as trusted strategic advisor
Master Monks' internal processes, tools, and client onboarding workflows to hit the ground running on day one
Demonstrate paid social expertise by identifying and executing at least 2 optimization opportunities that lift ROAS by 15%+
Build relationships with key stakeholders at Meta and Google to unlock beta features and strategic insights for your accounts
Grow 3-4 accounts to $5M+ in annual spend while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS)
Develop and pitch 3 strategic initiatives that create new revenue opportunities or reduce client churn
Lead training sessions for junior team members on platform updates, competitive landscape shifts, and best practices
Contribute to scaling Monks' processes and products—identify 2-3 gaps in current workflows and propose solutions

Client ROAS
Return on ad spend across your managed accounts—primary measure of campaign effectiveness and client value delivery.
Account Growth
Quarter-over-quarter spend growth on your portfolio while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics.
Client Satisfaction Score
Net Promoter Score or internal satisfaction ratings from your client stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization Rate
Percentage of campaigns hitting or exceeding KPIs; measure of your strategic and tactical execution.
Platform Expertise
Adoption and mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and Data Studio across your accounts.

- You've run paid social campaigns at scale (2-4 years) and live for optimizing ROAS and client relationships
- You're fluent in Meta, Google Ads, and at least one other platform (DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn); data analysis doesn't scare you
- You thrive as a strategic advisor—you see trends, ask good questions, and translate client needs into campaign wins
- You're hungry to learn new tools, processes, and products while the company scales—you don't just execute, you innovate
- Advanced English communication is non-negotiable; you're detail-obsessed but big-picture oriented
- You're looking for pure hands-on campaign execution without client relationship and strategy responsibilities
- You can't work on-site in Greater Buenos Aires or prefer fully remote setups
- Your paid media experience is limited to organic social, influencer marketing, or creative-only roles without performance accountability
