Is This Role For You?
- You're fluent in Meta and TikTok ads—you've run campaigns, not just observed them, and you know the nuances of each platform
- You live and breathe data: dashboards, reporting, and optimization are your happy place, not admin work you tolerate
- You want to own campaigns end-to-end and see your ideas execute—not just make recommendations that someone else owns
- You're in Mexico City or willing to be hybrid on-site; you thrive in collaborative, fast-moving agency environments
- You stay current on platform updates and industry trends (not because HR asks, but because you genuinely care about winning)
- You've only managed organic social or influencer marketing—you need hands-on paid social campaign experience to hit the ground running
- You can't commit to hybrid on-site work in Mexico City; this role requires regular office presence
- You need predictability and slow decision-making; Mindgruve moves fast and you'll be expected to act on data weekly, not quarterly
