Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for managing and scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels, ensuring strong efficiency and growth outcomes.
Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and internal BI systems
Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds, continuously improving key performance metrics
Test and iterate on new creative concepts, audience segments, and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness
Conduct deep performance analysis to understand funnel behavior, unit economics, and profitability drivers
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve overall campaign ROI
Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing and a deep understanding of acquisition mechanics and attribution systems.
2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with proven results on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels
Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork principles
Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, remote, international teams
Fluent Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English)
