Accountabilities:

As a Conversion Optimization Specialist, you will lead CRO initiatives across multiple eCommerce brands, identifying opportunities, running experiments, and improving conversion performance. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the conversion optimization roadmap across multiple Shopify-based direct-to-consumer brands.

  • Designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests focused on offers, pricing, page layouts, copy, user experience, and customer journeys.

  • Auditing landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.

  • Prioritizing testing initiatives based on business goals, traffic levels, expected impact, and potential revenue lift.

  • Using CRO and analytics tools to gather insights, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Reviewing test results and providing clear next steps, including whether to iterate, implement, or scale successful experiments.

  • Partnering with design, development, and media teams to ensure tests are launched effectively and efficiently.

  • Supporting continuous improvement of digital experiences through customer behavior analysis and experimentation.

  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining organization, clear communication, and strong execution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative optimization professional with experience improving digital performance for eCommerce brands. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.

  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, customer psychology, and digital experimentation.

  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Replo or similar landing page builders, and Intelligems or comparable testing platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving remote environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Experience with SaaS landing page optimization, beauty, wellness, lifestyle brands, or UX design is a plus.
