Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads, Google Shopping & SEO)About Fragrance Bliss
Fragrance Bliss is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in 100% authentic designer fragrances at competitive prices. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and SEO efforts while helping scale our online sales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, analyzing data, and driving measurable growth across multiple marketing channels.
ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads with a strong focus on Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds.
- Improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and average order value (AOV).
- Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Monitor advertising budgets and identify profitable scaling opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and revenue.
- Perform keyword research focused on high-converting fragrance and beauty search terms.
- Optimize product pages, collections, blog content, and landing pages for search engines.
- Improve on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Monitor Google Search Console and resolve indexing and technical SEO issues.
- Work with developers or Shopify apps to improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and site performance.
- Identify backlink opportunities and recommend strategies to improve domain authority.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and organic revenue growth.
Analytics & Strategy
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Search Console to measure performance.
- Build dashboards and prepare weekly reports highlighting KPIs, wins, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to develop long-term customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stay current with updates to Google's algorithms, SEO best practices, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong experience with Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Proven SEO experience with measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and revenue.
- Experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to scale profitable advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer products industry.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $10,000 or more.
- Experience with Shopify SEO.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or other CRO tools.
- Experience improving conversion rates through landing page optimization.

Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Increase profitable revenue from Meta and Google Ads.
- Improve ROAS while reducing customer acquisition costs.
- Grow organic search traffic through SEO improvements.
- Increase rankings for high-value fragrance-related keywords.
- Improve Google Shopping feed performance.
- Build a repeatable testing framework for continued growth.
- Deliver clear reporting and actionable recommendations.
