The Challenge

Evaluar is an innovative HR Tech company hunting for a Senior Acquisition specialist who can architect and execute integrated SEM, SEO, and AI Search strategies. You'll drive qualified organic traffic and conversions while navigating the frontier of generative AI search positioning.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current SEM and SEO performance; establish baseline metrics (organic traffic, CAC, ROAS) and implement GA4/GSC/GTM tracking

2

Launch 3-5 high-intent keyword clusters with content roadmap; identify 10+ generative AI search queries where Evaluar should rank

3

Optimize Google Ads campaigns across 2-3 key segments; achieve initial ROAS target of 3:1 or higher

4

Build automated reporting dashboards connecting SEM, SEO, and conversion data; document all processes and tech stack

By 6 Months
1

Grow organic traffic by 40-60% YoY through technical SEO, content expansion, and AI Search positioning

Reduce CAC by 20% through SEM campaign optimization and keyword consolidation; improve Quality Score across ad groups

3

Establish Evaluar as a reference in 5+ generative AI search answer boxes; track impressions and click-through rates

4

Scale paid media testing to Bing, Microsoft, and emerging AI search channels; document learnings and ROI by channel

Month-over-month growth in qualified organic sessions and conversion rate from organic channel

CAC (Cost Per Acquisition)

Cost to acquire one customer through SEM and organic channels; target reduction of 15-25% annually

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Revenue generated per peso spent on SEM campaigns; benchmark target 3:1 or higher

Keyword Rankings & Visibility

Position tracking for target keywords in traditional search and generative AI response boxes

LTV:CAC Ratio

Lifetime value of customers acquired via SEM/SEO vs. cost; target ratio 3:1 minimum

  • You've run SEM and SEO campaigns at scale with proven CAC and ROAS improvements
  • You understand generative AI search dynamics and how to position brands in LLM responses
  • You're comfortable with GA4, GSC, GTM and can troubleshoot implementation issues
  • You think like a growth engineer: hypothesis-driven, data-obsessed, automation-minded
Won't Work If
  • You're primarily a content strategist or brand marketer; this role is pure performance and metrics
  • You don't have hands-on SEM or SEO execution experience; this isn't a management-only role
  • You can't work on-site in Bogotá or need full remote flexibility
