Accountabilities
Lead and support channel partner marketing activities across EMEA, ensuring distributors and dealers are equipped with relevant campaigns, messaging, and marketing assets.
Coordinate and execute partner-facing events, seminars, and campaigns, including preparation and distribution of branded marketing materials.
Act as the main marketing point of contact for channel partners, capturing feedback and ensuring alignment between partner needs and internal marketing strategy.
Collaborate with regional Channel Sales, Training, Market Development, and Marcom teams to ensure consistent execution of channel marketing initiatives.
Support lead generation and demand creation activities, ensuring effective governance of channel marketing processes.
Define, track, and analyze channel marketing performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement across partner programs.
Manage channel marketing budgets, invoices, and related administrative processes.
Ensure CRM systems and lead management processes are effectively utilized across the partner ecosystem.
Provide project management support for multi-region marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
Contribute to ongoing optimization of partner enablement tools, content, and marketing processes.
Requirements
Experience in channel partner marketing, distributor marketing, or partner enablement within a B2B environment, ideally in life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or technical industries.
Proven experience managing multi-region marketing campaigns, ideally across EMEA.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience working with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Ability to analyze performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and partner organizations.
Comfortable operating in a remote, international, and matrixed organization.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
Proactive, structured, and collaborative working style with strong execution focus.
