Our client is a hyper-growth, Sequoia-backed AI platform that helps enterprise teams at companies like

Google, Microsoft, and Nestlé

uncover deep customer insights in hours rather than months. Since launching, we have scaled from

$0 to a $14M run-rate

in under a year.


We are looking for a

Growth Operations Lead

to join us in

San Fran

to build our clients growth engine from the ground up. This is a "zero-to-one" role where you will own the entire MarTech stack and set the operational foundation for a company defining a new category.


The Role


As our clients first dedicated Growth Ops hire, you will work directly with our Head of Growth to design and scale our core systems. You won't just be executing tasks; you will be the architect of our marketing workflows, ensuring clean data flows and high-velocity experimentation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Full Stack Ownership:

    Evaluate, implement, and optimize our entire marketing technology stack.
  • HubSpot Mastery:

    Set up and configure HubSpot from scratch, integrating it with tools like Default (routing) and Loops (automation).
  • AI-Driven Orchestration:

    Leverage advanced AI tools like Clay to accelerate prospecting and campaign enrichment.
  • Performance Analytics:

    Build multi-touch attribution models to accurately assess marketing performance across paid, email, and web.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    Define handoff processes and lead scoring rules between Growth, Sales, and Engineering.


Who You Are


  • Experienced:

    You have 3–9 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, or revenue operations.
  • HubSpot Expert:

    Deep, end-to-end experience configuring and managing HubSpot is

    non-negotiable

    .
  • Analytical:

    You are fluent in spreadsheets, BI tools (Looker/Mode), and GA4.
  • Systems Thinker:

    You build processes that scale and proactively look for ways to reduce manual work.
  • Startup Ready:

    You thrive in fast-paced environments and have prior experience in a B2B startup setting.
