The Challenge

Winamax dominates French poker and sports betting with 350K players and 600K monthly bettors, now expanding into Spain, Germany, Italy, and Portugal. You'll own affiliate partnerships across these markets, optimizing performance and scaling a channel that drives qualified user acquisition at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit all active affiliate partnerships across markets; identify top performers and underperformers with clear action plans

Establish tracking and attribution baseline for affiliate channel; implement or improve mobile conversion measurement

3

Negotiate Q1-Q2 terms with 5-10 key partners; lock in volume commitments and margin improvements

4

Launch one new market's affiliate program (Italy or Portugal) with 3-5 seeded partners

By 6 Months

Grow affiliate-sourced player volume 25-40% YoY while maintaining or improving CAC vs. target benchmarks

Reduce partner churn to <10% annually; build systematic partner health scoring and engagement cadence

Implement attribution modeling that isolates affiliate impact from other channels; share insights with Product and Offer teams

4

Establish playbook for new market entry: partner sourcing, onboarding, and performance optimization in 60 days

Affiliate-sourced Player Volume

Monthly new players acquired via affiliates, tracked by cohort and geography.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Cost per player acquired through affiliate channel; benchmark vs. target and other channels.

Partner Performance Variance

Top 20% vs. bottom 20% performer spread; identifies outliers and opportunities.

Player Quality / Lifetime Value

30-day and 90-day retention, average spend, and LTV by partner source.

Attribution Accuracy

% of conversions properly attributed to affiliate touchpoint; critical for scaling decisions.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've spent 3-5 years managing affiliate or digital partnership programs and understand CPA/CPL economics cold
  • You live and breathe data: pivot tactics based on performance signals, not gut feeling
  • You're fluent in English and comfortable negotiating with international partners in writing and video calls
  • You combine hustler energy with structure-scrappy enough to launch new markets, organized enough to scale cleanly
Won't Work If
  • You need remote or part-time work; this is strictly on-site, full-time CDI in Paris
  • You lack hands-on affiliate or performance marketing experience; theory alone won't cut it
  • You're uncomfortable with gaming/betting verticals or have compliance concerns about the industry
