- Growth leader:
8+ years of experience leading paid acquisition strategies
with direct ownership of multi-million euro marketing investments across multiple channels, markets, and business units. - Commercial mindset: You think like an investor, not a channel manager. You understand capital allocation, contribution margin, payback, customer lifetime value, and profitable growth-and know when to scale and when to optimise.
Multi-channel expert:
Deep expertise across Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (Meta), Affiliate, Aggregators, App, and emerging acquisition channels. You understand how channels work together, not in silos.Strategic media partner:
Proven ability to build senior relationships with Google, Meta, affiliate networks, aggregators, and other strategic partners to unlock innovation, beta opportunities, commercial value, and competitive advantage.AI & automation native:
Strong understanding of AI-powered bidding, automation, machine learning, first-party data activation, and how AI is transforming paid acquisition. You embrace technology to create scalable competitive advantages.Measurement obsessed:
Proven expertise in attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, experimentation, and LTV/CAC modelling. You don’t accept platform numbers at face value-you build measurement systems that drive better investment decisions.Builder and leader:

Comfortable working with Product, Data, CRM, Commercial, Finance, and Brand teams to optimise the complete acquisition ecosystem-not just media performance.Executive communicator:
Able to translate complex marketing, AI, and measurement topics into clear commercial recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions across the business.Travel industry experience:
Experience in online travel, OTAs, marketplaces, or travel technology is a strong plus. A solid understanding of travel demand, seasonality, pricing dynamics, and customer behaviour will help you accelerate impact in the role.

🎯 Your Mission
Voyage Privé is at an inflection point. After 18 years of growth across 9 European markets, the business is making a deliberate shift: from campaign execution to a performance-led, AI-powered growth model, and we’re looking for the leader who will make it happen.
AsDirector of Paid Growth, you won’t be inheriting a finished machine-you’ll be building it. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will define and execute Voyage Privé’s paid growth strategy, taking ownership of a substantial multi-million euro paid marketing budget. Your success will not be measured by budget size, but by your ability to consistently achieve ambitious efficiency targets while delivering scalable, profitable growth across all paid channels. You will lead a team of 6 FTEs and build strategic partnerships with key media platforms-including Google, Meta, AWIN, affiliate networks, aggregators, and other strategic media partners-to unlock new growth opportunities, product innovation, and commercial value. Together, you will architect Voyage Privé’s transition towards a data-driven, AI-first paid acquisition engine spanning Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Aggregators, and App marketing across all nine business units.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Architect the paid growth strategy from scratch:
define the multi-year roadmap, set investment governance, establish performance frameworks, this is a creation role, not a maintenance one.Own profitable commercial growth end-to-end:
maximize profitable revenue, TTV, customer lifetime value, and new member growth by making disciplined investment decisions across channels, markets, and business units-balancing efficiency, scale, and long-term business value.Lead VP’s transition to AI-powered paid marketing:
build automated bidding strategies, implement ML-driven optimization, and establish the data infrastructure that makes VP’s paid engine structurally harder to beat.- Build strategic growth partnerships with the world’s leading media platforms: develop executive relationships with Google, Meta, affiliate networks, aggregators, and emerging acquisition partners to unlock beta programs, product innovation, commercial opportunities, and competitive advantages.
Build and develop a high-performing team:
lead 6 FTE and our media partners, set the standard for what great paid marketing looks like at VP, and develop the next generation of performance leaders.Allocate investment for maximum business impact:
continuously optimize budget allocation across channels, markets, audiences, and customer segments to maximize profitable growth while meeting strict efficiency targets.Redefine how VP measures marketing effectiveness:
own attribution evolution, incrementality testing, MMM, and LTV/CAC modeling, turn measurement into a strategic advantage, not just a reporting function.Build a culture of experimentation:
establish a rigorous testing framework across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and acquisition journeys to continuously improve performance through rapid experimentation.Partner across Product, Data, CRM and Commercial teams
to improve acquisition journeys, landing page performance, first-party data activation, and conversion rates, ensuring paid marketing influences the entire customer acquisition ecosystem.Develop scalable global playbooks
that balance central governance with local market flexibility, enabling consistent growth across all business units.
