The Challenge

Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads. You'll be the technical creative force behind ad campaigns for 20+ games, turning gameplay into viral marketing assets that drive millions in user acquisition.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Voodoo's Creative squad workflow: learn how to rapidly modify and iterate game builds in Unity for ad creative purposes

2

Produce 5+ high-performing ad creative videos across different game genres (hypercasual, hybrid, casual) with optimized gameplay captures

3

Establish baseline performance benchmarks by analyzing competitor ads and internal campaign data to inform creative decisions

4

Collaborate with marketing team on 10+ creative tests, delivering polished builds and video assets for A/B testing

By 6 Months
1

Own the creative iteration cycle for 3-4 assigned game titles, driving measurable improvements in ad performance metrics

Build proficiency in custom setups (animations, scenes, skins, rebranding) that increase ad engagement rates by 15%+

Develop predictive intuition for what creative elements drive installs-create your own playbook based on campaign data

Lead creative experimentation across 2D/3D design tools (Blender, Photoshop) to produce technically sophisticated ad variants

Track click-through rate and cost-per-install for videos you produce; target 20%+ improvement over baseline

Build Iteration Speed

Measure time from creative concept to tested build delivery; target <48 hour cycle

  • You're fluent in both English and Russian (written + spoken)-this role genuinely needs it for Eastern Europe positioning
  • You have strong Unity skills and can rapidly prototype gameplay modifications for marketing use cases
