TEAM
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP, blockchain) and consumer apps.
ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Monetization Analyst Intern to support ad revenue optimization and growth strategies across a portfolio of mobile games & apps. Reporting to the Monetization Lead, you will use your analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to help maximize performance and turn strong products into top-performing titles.
Manage and optimize ad monetization and user acquisition strategies across multiple networks and platforms.
Analyze key metrics and A/B tests to maximize ad performance, user LTV, and overall ROI.
Provide data-driven insights to enhance growth, monetization, and product decisions.
Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams on SDK integrations, dashboards, and automation tools.
Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.
PROFILE
You are currently enrolled in a relevant Masters degree program (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field) in top business & engineering schools and looking for a 6 months end-of-studies internship
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational capabilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with statistical analysis tools is an advantage
Creative and innovative thinker
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Interest or experience in mobile gaming and mobile ad technology ecosystem is preferred
